Free: 200 files and 20 MB.
Standard and Pro: 200 files per driver or vehicle, at least 5,000.
Standard: 20 MB per driver plus 2.5 MB per vehicle, at least 100 MB.

Only the original download files count. Files older than your plan's history are deleted automatically.
How seats work
- A paid plan has the number of driver seats you choose, at least one. Seats go to your most recently active drivers.
- If you have more drivers than seats, you are warned at once. After 30 days the least recently active drivers beyond your seats are locked until you add seats. You are never charged automatically for extra drivers.
- Adding seats takes effect at once and is charged for the rest of the period. Removing seats takes effect at your renewal.
- A locked driver's data is kept and processed, not deleted. Adding seats unlocks every locked driver at once.
Renewal, cancellation and grace
- Your plan renews automatically at the start of each period, for your current seats.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays for 7 days while it is retried. After that the account moves to Free.
- When your history gets shorter, after a downgrade, a cancellation or a failed payment, the longer history keeps applying for 30 days, so nothing is lost if you come back in that time.

Is there a free trial?
There is Free instead: no card and no time limit. A new account starts on Free.
Who counts as a driver?
Anyone identified in your uploaded files, from a driver card or from a card inserted in a vehicle unit, with data inside your plan's history.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted at once: the longer history keeps applying for 30 days. After that, data older than the new plan's history is deleted automatically.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan: the export of your whole fleet. On Pro there is also an evidence bundle per driver and vehicle.
Can TachoTrace keep my downloads for the legal retention period?
No. TachoTrace is not your statutory archive, and data older than your plan's history is deleted. Keep your own copies of every download.
